Join Golden Yoga Studio for a special Karma Yoga class in celebration of Women’s History Month, with proceeds supporting the Golden Women’s Resource Centre.
Class Description
A Celebration of Women is a gentle, balanced yoga class where we’ll explore and honour the strength of women throughout history. Expect an all-levels gentle flow designed to inspire while leaving you feeling grounded, connected, and relaxed.
This class is by donation, with 100% of proceeds going to the Golden Women’s Resource Centre. Please bring cash for your donation.
